Meerbusch-based consultancy firm starkpartners  was appointed by the provisional insolvency administrator of Trafö-Förderanlagen GmbH & Co. KG, Lawyer Mr. Marc Schmidt-Thieme, to lead the investor process for the company.

Trafö-Förderanlagen GmbH & Co KG is a medium-sized mechanical engineering company based in Lauda-Königshofen. The central business units storage systems, conveyor technology, area gantries and robotics complement each other synergetically. In over 65 years, the company has established itself as a specialist for automatic storage systems and automatic material supply. It set new standards in 2014 with the worldwide market launch of a unique unmanned handling system for cutting machines.

The company currently employs around 50 people. In 2019, the total output of the company was around 9.8 million euros.
