We – the team from starkpartners – were exclusively mandated by the shareholders of a renowned tour operator to acquire a suitable strategic partner / investor for the takeover of the business shares and to accompany the transaction in the context of the upcoming company succession.
The core competence of the owner-managed tourism company is the planning and implementation of individual travel events of all kinds. With over 70 years of experience, the company has been able to establish itself as an important player in the German tourism market. Around 2,000 reliable and competent partner travel agencies in the DACH region attest to the quality and standards of the tour operator.
