For a furniture manufacturer in the premium segment with a solid customer base and professional production, we are seeking a suitable investor and successor.
Our Project BOLOGNA offers investors unique customer access in the premium furniture segment, as well as attractive cross-selling potential and in-house carpentry expertise for extensive product expansions.
The established, owner-managed family business is home to a strong brand with approximately 44 employees. The company is expected to generate revenue of approximately 4.5 million Euros, with an EBITDA margin of approx. 10%, in the current fiscal year 2025.

The company is located in a prominent position in Southern Germany and offers, not least, growth opportunities extending to France and Switzerland.
In addition to private individuals, customers include operators of senior and residential facilities, as well as medical practices, laboratories, and law firms.
Additionally, we have been commissioned to market the attractive real estate properties of the holding company. The preferred option is to sell the entire group.
The properties consist of two halls or office buildings with a total of approximately 11,000 sqm of building area on approximately 22,000 sqm of land area.
