Andreas Eichler is an experienced senior consultant in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions. He can look back on more than ten years of experience in international company formation and consulting. With his innovative spirit, he has supported several DAX companies in Germany in developing digitalisation strategies in the retail, automotive and finance sectors.

In addition, he has founded several start-ups from different industries and accompanied and advised them in the acquisition of international investors. His expertise in relation to the Asian region, especially India, is particularly noteworthy here. With creativity and negotiation skills, Mr Eichler has been part of the starkpartners team in Meerbusch since 2023, where he works as a project manager in the field of corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions.

In his role as project manager, he is responsible for advising on strategic transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and fundraising. Thanks to his broad experience in company formation, management and consulting, he can offer clients valuable insights into the complex world of corporate finance and M&A and help them successfully achieve their business goals.
