David Kremer is an experienced executive specialising in operational restructuring, M&A and PMI. From his positions as Head of Controlling and Head of Logistics, he has extensive expertise in areas such as financial due diligence and business planning. He has been a self-employed interim manager since 2017 as PMO, Operations and Finance, among others.
