Dr. iur. Johannes Marcel Offergeld is a commercial lawyer specializing in German and European corporate law with a focus on insolvency law and turnaround management.
He completed further training at renowned educational institutions such as Harvard, Berkeley and the University of Washington, in particular in IT project management.
During and after his studies, he gained experience in leading strategy consultancies, in the licensing law of reputable media groups and in the political economic areas of the German Bundestag.
Dr. Johannes Marcel Offergeld then worked for leading venture capital-financed companies in Berlin.
Most recently, our Associate Partner worked for several years in management positions in various well-known medical technology groups with several hundred employees and made his own investments.
