Ms. Krasnitska joined our team in January 2021 as a Project Manager in the area of Corporate Finance / Mergers & Acquisitions.

Before joining us, Ms. Krasnitska worked for national and international accounting firms in the Transaction Services service line. She has several years of experience in the field of corporate finance. In particular, Ms. Krasnitska supported medium-sized entrepreneurs in planned corporate transactions. Her industry expertise includes the automotive, publishing, food, machinery and plant engineering industries.
