Lars Stark joined starkpartners in September 2011. As a Director, Mr. Stark works in the area of Corporate Finance / Mergers & Acquisitions. Especially medium-sized entrepreneurs as well as insolvency administrators appreciate his knowledge and implementation strength in the context of M&A mandates.
Depending on the task at hand, he either works in the operational area or he manages, coordinates and supervises (distressed) M&A mandates. His industry knowledge includes the ITC, automotive, mechanical and plant engineering industries.
