management &#8211; supported by the authorized lawyer Olaf Seidel from the national restructuring and insolvency law firm AndresPartner &#8211; has successfully transferred all the essential assets as well as the entire business operations<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">of the specialized mechanical engineering company from Bonn to the German subsidiary of a Chinese investor.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The Bonn location, where the company has its headquarters and offices and develops and assembles the majority of its machines, which are primarily used to produce plastic containers, will continue to operate fully under the new management.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">As a result of the transaction, a large proportion of the jobs will be retained &#8211; a crucial milestone for a stable future for Kautex Maschinenbau GmbH and its workforce.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">This not only represents a significant and positive development in economically challenging times, but is above all a strong commitment to the location, the regional economy and the 155 transferred employees.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz November 1, 2023.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">In order to cope with the complexity and legal challenges of the restructuring process, the company was supported
