The Hamburg-based investment company CE Capital Partners will take over the business operations of Friedrich Wilhelms-H\u00fctte Eisenguss GmbH, steel casting division (\u201cFWH\u201d). Friedrich Wilhelms-H\u00fctte GmbH, which is responsible for providing services and administrative tasks, will also be transferred to CE Capital Partners. The formal transfer of the business will take place on September 1, 2021. <\/em><\/p> \n \n
