The transaction preserves a large number of jobs &#8211; a crucial milestone for a stable future for Kautex Maschinenbau GmbH and its workforce. Furthermore, this not only represents a significant and positive development in economically challenging times, but is above all a strong commitment to the location, the regional economy and the 155 employees who have been transferred.  <\/div>\r\n<div> <\/div>\r\n<div>\u201cWe wish the company and its employees every success and all the best for the future. With the successful completion of the restructuring and the transferring reorganization, the course has been set for this\u201d, says Olaf Seidel, a specialist lawyer for insolvency and restructuring law, who supported Kautex with his team throughout the entire proceedings and implemented essential restructuring measures in the company.<\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n<p>\u201cWith the now completed transfer of business operations, the proceedings have reached a rapid and successful conclusion, which sets the course for a positive future for the company. The fact that this was possible in such a short time underscores the effectiveness of the self-administration procedure as an instrument for restructuring and preserving companies\u201d, comments Dr. Mark Boddenberg, specialist lawyer for insolvency and restructuring law and law firm partner, on the rapid course and outcome of the proceedings. The self-administered proceedings commenced on November 1, 2023. To navigate the complexity and legal challenges of the restructuring within these proceedings, the company received support from attorney Olaf Seidel of the nationally active law firm AndresPartner. Attorney Dr. Mark Boddenberg from the law firm ECKERT was appointed as trustee by the Bonn District Court and, together with ECKERT partner Michael Sch\u00fctte (LL.M.), provided comprehensive guidance throughout the proceedings and the transfer process.
