Several strategic as well as institutional investors were enthusiastic. Finally, an institutional investor was able to prevail, who acquired the essential assets of the company and continues operations under the new name Kellermann Lighting GmbH &amp; Co. KG.  <\/p>\r\n<p>Secrecy has been agreed upon regarding the contractual details of the transaction, but the continued existence of business operations and the safeguarding of around 30 jobs are considered a central success.<\/p>\r\n<p>Markus Freitag, lawyer and restructuring expert at AndresPartner, supported the management as restructuring representative and coordinated the necessary measures, while Dr. Mark Boddenberg, as court-appointed administrator, protected the interests of the creditors.<\/p>\r\n<p>Through the successful restructuring of Kellermann GmbH, <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">stark<\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">partners<\/span><\/strong> underlines its leading role in supporting companies in crisis situations and offers tailor-made solutions for long-term growth and entrepreneurial success.<\/p>\r\n<p>With the takeover by the new investor and the establishment of Kellermann Lighting GmbH &amp; Co. KG, a new era begins for the company. It will not only further develop existing products and bring new innovations to the market, but will also increasingly focus on sustainable and energy-efficient solutions. <\/p>\r\n<p>The positive response on the market and the continuation of the proven quality and innovation are a sign that Kellermann Lighting GmbH &amp; Co.
