In addition to his dual studies at the Rheinische Fachhochschule K\u00f6ln and his Master&#8217;s degree in International Management with a focus on \u201cStrategic Management\u201d at the renowned Newcastle Business School, he gained valuable experience in the field of Mergers &amp; Acquisitions through internships and consulting activities at home and abroad. <\/p>\n<p>His professional positions included the holistic support of mid-cap transactions and buy &amp; build strategies. He was intensively involved in the entire transaction process. In particular, in the HealthCare, Aviation &amp; Engineering sectors, Mr. Zurera S\u00e1nchez successfully coordinated all strategic decisions.
