Mr. Thorsten Stark has more than 25 years of experience advising and supporting medium-sized businesses, particularly in the areas of M&A, business succession, restructuring, and strategic corporate management.

As an entrepreneur and consultant, he understands the challenges facing medium-sized companies from different perspectives. In addition to his many years of consulting experience, he founded and managed companies in the IT, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering sectors.
This entrepreneurial understanding forms the foundation for pragmatic, goal-oriented consulting as equals with shareholders and entrepreneurial families. A particular focus of his work is supporting entrepreneurs and shareholders in strategic decisions, company sales and acquisitions, and in designing and implementing business succession plans.

Between 2015 and 2025, Mr. Stark was also appointed by various courts as a crisis manager in special situations to sustainably resolve crisis scenarios. His guiding principle is always: think entrepreneurially, advise independently, and develop solutions together with shareholders that are economically and strategically sustainable.
