starkpartners consulting GmbH already moved into the new branch on Königstraße in January 2023.

With the opening of our new branch, as a competence center in Dresden, we are taking another step to strengthen our competences on site in order to be even closer to our customers and clients and to support them with our proven expertise.

starkpartners consulting GmbH has again been awarded the TOP CONSULTANT AWARD seal in 2021. This means that the consulting company is once again one of the best SME consultants in Germany.

With the expansion of our areas of expertise and the appointment of several entrepreneurial personalities to the company’s advisory board, SMC GmbH is now becoming the new starkpartners consulting GmbH with headquarters in Meerbusch.

With lawyer Th. Christian Jurascheck, a suitable cooperation partner was won, who from now on will accompany legal questions in the MA projects.

The consulting industry has the reputation in some places of producing a lot of hot air and withdrawing after providing advice. Not so the consultants at SMC: Instead of just delivering theoretical solutions, they accompany their clients until the implementation of the measures has been completed. “We don’t leave anyone alone”, emphasizes Senior Partner Thorsten Stark. His company is primarily dedicated to technically oriented companies, for example from telecommunications, IT, automotive supply, industry or building automation. For our excellent work, we were even awarded the “TOP CONSULTANT AWARD” 2013|2014.

The SMC companies (today starkpartners) are now moving into their own office space in Meerbusch, Lank-Latum district, which is geared towards their needs and growth. In addition to now sufficient capacity, the need for additional meeting and training rooms was also met.

The own high-secure data center is online. In addition to the IT services and hosting services already offered, the group of companies is expanding its prerequisites in order to be able to provide customer-specific database applications in the future. In addition to state-of-the-art security and backup technology, the database storage has also been massively increased.

SMC is becoming a sponsor in motorsport and is supporting the team of Michael Eichhorn and Jörn Heuberg as drivers in the VLN Endurance Championship at the Nürburgring in the Eifel in the 2013 season. We wish the team and everyone involved every success. Racing means focusing on the essentials for us.

Organizational separation of the business areas into the two main groups SMC Management Consulting for the area of corporate succession and investments and SMC Restructure for corporate restructuring and reorganization completed. In addition to the already spun-off areas SMC IT Solutions and EGI – Emea Global Inkasso, the teams are now also assigned to the respective focus areas.

Strengthening of cooperation in the area of restructuring through intensification of cooperation with renowned insolvency administrators from Düsseldorf. As a successful and effective team, the SMC consultants work hand in hand with the specialist lawyers from the Andres Schneider law firm.

SMC Management takes over the insolvent HAHM Computer GmbH from Erftstadt and creates its own competence center for IT consulting for SMEs. 6 employees were taken over and continue to support the customers of the former HAHM IT – the company is being reorganized under the name EMEAnet GmbH and is the first independent subsidiary of SMC Management GmbH.

SMC Management is strengthening its economic consulting division with the experienced economic expert and long-time auditor Clemens Koch, who is joining the company as a partner and will be responsible for the controlling and analytics division from now on.

The SMC Management team moves into its first offices in the state capital Düsseldorf, in very attractive office space in GAP15. The other offices in Munich are vacated and the move to Düsseldorf is completed in just 4 working days.

Stark Management Consulting was founded in December 2005 with the aim of strategically supporting medium-sized companies in special situations such as corporate succession, restructuring and MA.
