The transaction was made possible by the targeted investor search of the consulting company starkpartners ( www.starkpartners.de) from Meerbusch and offers a continuation perspective for the company, which will continue its business operations in full. The economic transfer will take place retroactively to October 1, 2023 and still requires the approval of the creditors’ meeting. The buyer and seller have agreed to maintain confidentiality regarding the purchase price and the economic details.
