Our company has been commissioned to find a strategic partner for an excellent solid house construction company in the Rhine-Main region. The owner-managed family business focuses on the solid construction of single-family homes, multi-family homes and multi-story buildings. As a general contractor, it plans, designs and commissions the respective construction. In addition, the sale is carried out by the company itself. The family business attaches particular importance to high customer satisfaction. To date, the company has only served the good customer demand regionally within a radius of approx. 30 km.

With total sales of more than EUR 10 million and an EBITDA of around EUR 0.815 million in the 2023 financial year, the company is on a continued growth path. The company is extremely successful in presenting highly attractive pricing to customers based on its business model and location, while at the same time generating high returns itself.

For a growth strategy, an increase in performance with the existing employees and craft partners to up to EUR 15 million is conceivable. With a corresponding increase in personnel, significantly more is also possible.
