We are delighted to introduce our new Senior Consultant for Corporate Finance / M&A: Mr. Andreas Rauner. Mr Rauner brings impressive expertise and experience in the project development and real estate industry and joined our starkpartners team in April 2024.
With over 19 years of in-depth experience in management positions, including as Head of Finance (CFO), Andreas Rauner has extremely sound industry-specific expertise in the investment sector. His expertise covers the entire spectrum of transaction management for asset and share deals, including the associated due diligence processes. He also excels in the controlling of complex projects and in the promotion of internal organisational processes in the course of digitalisation. Last but not least, his strengths also include financial modelling and the structuring of database-based reporting.
Mr. Rauner’s academic education forms the valuable platform on which he builds and efficiently applies his extensive experience. With a degree in industrial engineering with a focus on strategy (scenario technology) and a master’s degree in property management (MSc Real Estate) with a focus on risk management and early warning systems, he has the ideal tools for his job.
As a former top athlete, Andreas Rauner always uses his motivation and determination for the success of his partners and clients. His motto, carefully created transparency and analysis, is particularly reflected in due diligence processes, which he prioritises in order to create a level of trust in transactions at all times.
Andreas Rauner is a specialist in the investment industry and has extensive knowledge of transactions, controlling, finance and risk management.
