Locations: Meerbusch (Düsseldorf), Stuttgart or Dresden

As Senior Project Manager / Director (m/f/d), you will be responsible for complex M projects and act as the central point of contact for our clients. Your empathetic leadership style and your sales strength will make a significant contribution to the further development of our locations.

Your tasks at a glance:

  • Management and control of national and international M processes (Sell-Side, Buy-Side, Distressed)
  • Strategic and operative mandate management including financial modelling, process documents and support during negotiations
  • Close collaboration with shareholders, CFOs and investors
  • Expansion and maintenance of a sustainable network in the SME sector, private equity and family offices
  • Support with business development, pitching and the further development of our service portfolio
  • Taking on management responsibility for juniors and expanding the team

Your profile – personality with vision

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of M / Corporate Finance / Investment Banking
  • Excellent project management skills with an eye for detail and timing
  • Strong communication and presentation skills as well as a confident appearance towards demanding interlocutors
  • High level of social competence, empathy and enjoyment of team leadership
  • Sales strength and a resilient network in the DACH region
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
