Marc Jakobs has more than 25 years of experience in corporate management, finance, sales, and transformation. With his many years of leadership and management experience, he supports companies, shareholders, and investors in successfully navigating complex change situations and realizing sustainable value increases.

Prior to joining starkpartners, Mr. Jakobs held various leadership positions at Siemens and Siemens Finance & Leasing, where he was responsible for sales organizations as well as commercial departments and strategic transformation programs. His focus areas included the development of new business models, the optimization of corporate performance, and the management of international strategy and post-merger integration projects. Furthermore, he possesses extensive experience in corporate finance, particularly in capital budgeting, corporate planning, and performance management.
