It is with great pleasure that we announce the expansion of our Corporate Finance team with Mr. Filip Soldo, who has been enriching our company since May 2024.

Mr. Soldo brings with him an impressive range of experience in the financial sector and international business, making him a valuable source of expertise at starkpartners. His creativity and open-mindedness, proven in customer acquisition for a start-up and as a data analyst in South Africa, make him a reliable advisor for M&A transactions.

His academic background is equally remarkable. Mr. Soldo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and International Management and was actively involved in the initiative of the Finance and Business Club of his university. This combination has given him an in-depth understanding of the financial industry. In addition, he has international experience, such as a semester abroad at UCLA and professional activities in South Africa and the USA, which gives him a comprehensive understanding of global contexts.

In his role as a Consultant at starkpartners, Mr. Soldo specializes in advising companies in M&A transactions. His strong skills in financial analysis and customer acquisition make him a competent contact for our clients, who he reliably supports in achieving their business goals.
