announce the addition of Dr. iur. Johannes Marcel Offergeld as an Associate Partner. With his impressive professional breadth and in-depth expertise in German and European corporate law, particularly in the areas of insolvency law and turnaround management, he represents an exceptional enrichment for our company.

Dr. Offergeld can look back on an unprecedented career. Even during his studies, he gained extensive experience in leading strategy consultancies and in the licensing law of international media groups. He was also able to gain valuable insights in the area of economic policy of the German Bundestag. Subsequently, he successfully implemented his knowledge in leading positions at venture capital-financed companies in Berlin, where he drove forward strategic course settings and continuously expanded his expertise. Most recently, he held top positions at renowned medical technology and healthcare groups with hundreds of employees and was instrumental in implementing forward-looking corporate strategies.

His outstanding skills extend to the management of complex projects, the support of (Distressed) M processes and the implementation of buy build strategies. This practical experience is based on a solid academic foundation: In addition to his doctorate in business law, Dr. Offergeld has completed first-class further training courses at internationally renowned institutions such as Harvard, Berkeley and the University of Washington, in particular in the field of IT project management.
