: Since February 2025, he has been strengthening our team with his excellent industry knowledge and many years of M&A expertise in the field of corporate finance.

Mr. Zurera Sánchez has outstanding qualifications in strategic management and post-merger integration, which he has acquired both in an international academic environment and in practice. In addition to his dual studies at the Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln and his Master’s degree in International Management with a focus on “Strategic Management” at the renowned Newcastle Business School, he gained valuable experience in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions through internships and consulting activities at home and abroad.

His professional positions included the holistic support of mid-cap transactions and buy & build strategies. He was intensively involved in the entire transaction process. In particular, in the HealthCare, Aviation & Engineering sectors, Mr. Zurera Sánchez successfully coordinated all strategic decisions. Most recently, he worked as a freelance consultant for an M&A consulting firm, where he used his technical expertise to support various M&A transactions to completion.
