starkpartners was able to successfully complete the international investor process of TEUTOGUSS GmbH on behalf of the insolvency administrator, Ms. Nada Nasser, from the law firm KKN-Rechtsanwälte PartG mbB.

As part of an international bidding process, all of the company’s assets were transferred to the Kutluk Group, which is based in Turkey.

The takeover will open up new perspectives for TEUTOGUSS GmbH and lay future-proof foundations. Turkish media report on the plans of the Vice Chairman of the Kutluk Group:

“In the 3-year projection, we will continue to invest in the factory building. With an additional investment of 3 million euros in 3 years, especially in SPP and roof projects, we will strengthen our production area and raise our quality-oriented processes to a higher level. (…) As a company, we exported 50 percent of our production, and considering that our main markets are Italy, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovenia and Slovakia, this investment also gave us the opportunity to come to Europe faster and locally.”

The insolvency administrator, Ms. Nada Nasser, together with the managing director, Mr. Benjamin Lück, succeeded in continuing the operative business of the iron foundry for three months with the 47 employees during the process. She was supported by lawyer Mr. André Neumann from the KKN law firm.

Background:

Teutoguss GmbH is a traditional company of the Hauffe Group based in Hörstel-Gravenhorst. High-quality cast parts are manufactured on a total area of around 45,000 square meters and around 18,000 square meters of production area with approximately 50 dedicated employees.

On February 4th, 2025, INDAT reported on the company’s application for insolvency.

Our Associate Partner Dr. Johannes Offergeld, together with his project team (especially Ms. Julia Päßler and Mr. Leon Röbke), was able to successfully accompany the entire (international) process within two months. The success of starkpartners in completing the process as part of a transferred restructuring was already published by INDAT on April 7th, 2025.

This was possible not least thanks to the great cooperation of all parties such as the law firm KKN-Rechtsanwälte PartG mbB, in particular the insolvency administrator Ms. Nada Nasser and Mr. Andre Neumann, as well as Dr. Georg Heidemann from Heidemann Küthe Rechtsanwälte, who advised the Kutluk Group. Furthermore, the employees and the managing director, as well as all other parties, are to be thanked for this complex and yet fast process.
