On October 1, the publicly listed Kafrit Industries (1993) Ltd acquired
Karl Finke GmbH & Co. KG
as part of a
Distressed M&A deal

The Kafrit Group was founded in 1973 and currently employs more than 800 people in the 10 companies belonging to the group. Kafrit is an established manufacturer of masterbatch and compound technologies for the plastics industry. The company produces customized masterbatches and compounds, including polycarbonate films, agricultural films and products for injection molding and blow molding processes. The group serves manufacturers in various fields such as agriculture, food, construction, household goods and even clothing.
