Our company has been exclusively commissioned, in collaboration with our partner – Mr. Kögel – to find a strategic partner for an excellent solid construction company in the Rhine-Main region. The owner-managed family business focuses on the solid construction of single-family homes, multi-family homes, and multi-story buildings. As a general contractor, it plans, designs, and commissions each construction project. It also handles sales in-house. The family-owned business places particular emphasis on high customer satisfaction. To date, the company has served strong customer demand only regionally, within a radius of around 30 km.

With total revenues of approximately EUR 7.5 million and EBITDA of approximately EUR 1.3 million in fiscal year 2025, the company is on a continued growth trajectory. The company has been exceptionally successful in presenting highly attractive pricing to customers based on its business model and location while achieving high margins itself.

For a growth strategy, a performance increase with the existing employees and craft partners to more than EUR 15 million is conceivable.
