We have been exclusively commissioned by the shareholders of an established and owner-managed family business in the field of building cleaning service to prepare and support the company succession within the framework of a classic share deal.

The mid-sized company, with just under 200 employees, operates successfully in the Rhineland region and offers its customers a broad range of services. In the past financial year, it generated revenue of around €5.1 million (+13.9% vs. the previous year) and is expected to exceed this in FY 2026 as well. The adjusted EBITDA margin is above 10%.

For strategic market participants with an existing presence in Western Germany, the company offers the opportunity to selectively densify regional cluster structures and efficiently consolidate operational units. The very high share of commercial customers (around 98%) ensures predictable, recurring revenues with professional decision-making structures and creates a solid basis for cross-selling, service bundling, and scaling existing framework agreements. There is also a long-standing collaboration with a major customer (>45% share of revenue) based on a cooperation agreement.

A particular source of differentiation and growth potential lies in the specialized segment of elevator shaft cleaning. For strategic investors, this creates the opportunity to systematically expand a high-margin segment and integrate it into existing customer relationships. Overall, this is a structurally well-integratable add-on with a clear B2B focus and a stable operating base.

The German building cleaning market is highly fragmented and increasingly shaped by platform strategies. In this environment, acquiring established regional providers offers the opportunity to systematically expand market share.
