As part of a structured and competitive distressed M&A process, the Danish Scandinavian Print Group A/S, headquartered in Aarhus, is acquiring the Limberg Group from the previous shareholder Robert Kramer.
The transaction includes the continuation of the parent company Limberg-Druck GmbH by way of a transfer restructuring as an asset deal, as well as the transfer of the shareholdings in the continued subsidiaries SDK Systemdruck GmbH and NetMarket PMS GmbH.
The insolvency proceedings of Limberg-Druck GmbH (Düsseldorf Local Court, 503 IN 215/25) were conducted by insolvency administrator attorney Georg F. Kreplin of KKN – Kreplin Kuhlmann Nasser.
