Background:
Kautex Maschinenbau GmbH filed for self-administered insolvency proceedings with the competent District Court of Bonn in August 2023. The self-administered proceedings commenced on November 1, 2023. To navigate the complexity and legal challenges of the restructuring within these proceedings, the company received support from attorney Olaf Seidel of the nationally active law firm AndresPartner. Attorney Dr. Mark Boddenberg from the law firm ECKERT was appointed as trustee by the Bonn District Court and, together with ECKERT partner Michael Schütte (LL.M.), provided comprehensive guidance throughout the proceedings and the transfer process.
