 team. Since October 2024, she has been strengthening the Corporate Finance division with her diverse expertise and practical experience.

Ms. Päßler is distinguished by her accomplished skills and her passion for project management, which she acquired in parliamentary background work in the Saxon State Parliament and in municipal consulting. With a deep understanding of complex interrelationships in politics and business, she knows how to get to the heart of the matter clearly and concisely. Her expertise in data analysis, especially with tools such as SPSS and R, enables her to gain significant insights and support strategic decisions.

Her studies in political science and communication science at the Technical University of Dresden underscore Ms. Päßler’s qualification and her analytical strength. She uses her comprehensive knowledge in a targeted manner to significantly enrich both the internal company presentation and the customer communication of
