In the course of the preliminary insolvency administration by Dr. Dirk Andres of AndresPartner, starkpartners has been exclusively commissioned to win a strategic partner for Netzwerk Services Deutschland GmbH (NWSD). NWSD is a leading service provider in the telecommunications industry and offers a broad range of services. This ranges from field technology and maintenance to system technology and configuration management.

The nationwide service team with around 100 employees and headquarters in Essen counts well-known telecommunications companies among its long-standing customers. In the past financial year, NWSD generated sales of approximately 29 million euros. The high service quality is based on decades of experience and regular employee training. NWSD is striving for further growth, which is additionally strengthened by technological innovations such as the expansion of IoT solutions, cyber security and 5G applications.
