As part of the preliminary insolvency administration by Andreas Grund of AndresPartner Partnerschaft mbB, stark partners has been exclusively commissioned to find a strategic investor for Karl Pollmann GmbH.

The company can look back on almost 100 years of history in the field of civil engineering and road construction and supplements its expertise with traffic route construction, earthworks, civil engineering and canal construction, structural engineering, as well as outdoor facilities and asphalt & recycling.

  • Attractive asset structure: starkpartners has also been commissioned to include the assets such as a comprehensive fleet of machinery, properties, tools and construction yards, which are held by an asset management company and are clearly assigned to Karl Pollmann GmbH, for the realization of a transferred restructuring of the company in the overall project.
    This includes 98 large devices, 650 machines and tools, 96 vehicles, an asphalt mixing plant, and various properties.
  • Attractive main location in Neubeckum: The location is conveniently located on the important A2 freeway and has direct access to the rail network the property alone at this location covers a good 28,500 m2.
  • Diversified customer portfolio: In 2024, around 36 million euros in sales were generated with customers from road construction administrations, municipal utilities, the water & wastewater industry, as well as railway companies, waste management to real estate developers.
