starkpartners strengthens its team with two new employees.

With Ahmad Eslami-Zadeh and Yash Pisat, we welcome two professionals who will complement our consulting portfolio (especially Corporate Finance, AI, digital transformation) at a high professional level.

Ahmad Eslami-Zadeh worked for several years as an entrepreneur and financial analyst before joining us. His current focus includes developing integrated financial models, performing corporate analyses, and supporting M&A processes in the industrial mid-market.

Yash Pisat leads initiatives in AI and digital transformation and serves as a key interface between business stakeholders, project managers, financial advisors, and partners. He began his career in industrial automation at a small company and then moved to Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd., where he discovered his passion for programming and IT, which led him to pursue his Master’s degree in Germany.

We very much look forward to working with both of them and to the impetus they will provide for our M&A projects and the further development of starkpartners.
