Locations: Meerbusch (Düsseldorf)
You’re someone who throws yourself into new technologies because you enjoy it. Someone who might read a blog post in the evening about a new security solution—not because you have to, but because you want to. You may currently be working somewhere where things are going fine. But you no longer feel truly challenged and supported.
Your next employer might only have a foosball table. But they offer truly exciting projects.
Who we are
We are an IT systems integrator with the ambition to make technology truly usable for our customers—not just install it and bill for it. With us, there’s no corporate politics, no endless approval loops, and no rigid hierarchies. Instead: short lines of communication, real responsibility, and a team that has each other’s backs.
We work in a modern way—with up-to-date technology, flexible structures, and the trust that good people don’t need a babysitter.

Your boss doesn't know what you're capable of. We do.
What you bring
First things first: enthusiasm for IT and a genuine drive to keep developing. Everything else can be built up—but that spark has to come from you.
Ideally, you bring the following from a technical perspective:
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft server and workstation environments
- Experience with modern network technologies: planning, configuration, and operation of a wide range of network infrastructures
- Know-how in data security, data backup, and ideally digital forensics
- A structured, solution-oriented way of working and the ability to advise customers as an equal partner
- Willingness to go on service calls to our regional customers
Nice to have:
-
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Sales and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Relevant certifications in the Microsoft ecosystem
We're not looking for admins. We're looking for nerds with attitude.
What you can expect with us
-
- Varied projects with regional customers—from mid-sized companies to highly specialized businesses
- A modern work environment without corporate attitude: flat hierarchies, quick decisions, real opportunities to shape things
- Professional development that actually deserves the name—certifications, training, and the opportunity to grow into new technology areas
- A company car can be provided—also for private use
- A collegial, respectful team culture: what matters here is what you can do—not your title
- Flexible working hours and room for self-directed work
