What you bring
For entry-level Junior positions, what matters most are substance, willingness to learn, and analytical strength.
As a Professional, you additionally bring practical experience in valuation or transactions.
Ideally, you have:
- A completed degree in real estate management, business administration, architecture, civil engineering, geography, or a comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge of real estate valuation, or a clear interest in building this expertise systematically
- An understanding of market mechanisms in the commercial real estate sector
- Confidence in dealing with land registers, building law, and lease and tenancy structures
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- Sales experience in dealing with professional investors and private clients
Networking skills for expanding the diversity of mandates - A structured, precise way of working
- Willingness to attend external appointments and property inspections
Experience with special situations, restructurings or insolvency proceedings is welcome, but not required.
You work at the interface of valuation, analysis and marketing strategy.
Structured preparation of complex property documentation
Creation of professional, well-founded exposés
Market and location analyses based on reliable data
Participation in valuations using income, asset, and comparative value methods
Assessment of usage options, alternative use potential, and marketability
Preparation and accompaniment of viewings
Prospectively: independent mandate responsibility and management of marketing processes
