The proceedings are ongoing at the Hagen Local Court (103 IN 154/26); preliminary insolvency administration was ordered on 2026-09-08. Business operations will continue at the Hagen and Berlin locations.

The Company:

Founded in 1987, 42 employees, focus on school construction, public buildings, and monument preservation. References include Cologne Central Library, Ruhrfestspielhaus Recklinghausen, Finanzbehörde Gänsemarkt Hamburg, expansion of Jüchen School Center, new construction of Sonnenschule Beckum. Proven track record in VgV procedures.

The Transaction:

Asset deal by way of transferring reorganization. The subject is the continued business operation — planning team, ongoing projects, both locations.

Targeted parties include strategic planning and engineering groups as well as investors with a sector focus on construction and planning. The focus is on the continuation of the Hagen and Berlin locations, the takeover of the planning team, and the continuation of ongoing projects.
