Investor process launched: Duisburger Kettenfabrik und Hammerwerk H. d’Hone GmbH & Co. KG, manufacturer of special anchors and lifting equipment with two proprietary entries in the CESNI special anchor register

As part of an exclusively mandated Distressed M&A process, we present to you Duisburger Kettenfabrik und Hammerwerk H. d’Hone GmbH & Co. KG. Preliminary insolvency proceedings for the company are underway at Duisburg Local Court (ref. 620 IN 2148/26). The transaction will be structured as an asset deal in close coordination with the preliminary insolvency administrator Dr. Andreas Röpke.

The company employs around 24 staff at revenues of approximately EUR 3 million and combines two business segments: anchor technology accounting for the majority of revenues, and lifting equipment.

The core of the business model is formed by the company’s proprietary anchor types D’HONE SPEZIAL and D’HONE-DANFORTH, which are listed in the CESNI special anchor register with an approved mass reduction of 30 and 50 percent respectively.

Transaction framework
