As part of the provisional insolvency in self-administration, our company was exclusively commissioned to acquire a strategic partner for a leading company in mechanical and plant engineering, which is particularly active in the areas of welded constructions, machining, assembly work as well as commissioning and service. The company offers comprehensive solutions for the energy sector and is known for its expertise in the production of complex crane lifting beams, devices in the power plant and nuclear transportation sector as well as massive steel structures with high welding requirements.
Thanks to a production area of 3,854 square meters, our client is also able to efficiently implement large-scale projects. The highest standards in mechanical and plant engineering are always met.
Thanks to its many years of expertise and cooperation with a leading global energy technology company, among others, the company is characterized by its high level of technical expertise and established business relationships in the energy industry. It also has state-of-the-art production facilities and excellent on-site service, which enables it to efficiently manage and further expand complex projects.
The company generated sales of EUR 6.5 million and achieved a gross profit of EUR 3.7 million with a workforce of 48 employees in the financial year 2023.
