Mr. Bryant Chen is a distinguished leader recognized for his adeptness at tackling intricate challenges, driving innovation, and cultivating high-performing teams. With a wealth of experience in accelerating growth, launching new ventures, and formulating and executing comprehensive strategic plans, Mr. Chen has consistently demonstrated his expertise in both consulting and corporate strategy.
His track record includes successful new business development and market expansion initiatives within Fortune Global 500 companies.
Prior to his role at starkpartners, Mr. Chen spearheaded venture capital and private equity initiatives for Siemens in China. There, he established the Catalyst Platform, which integrated innovative startups into the Siemens ecosystem, and introduced the Private Equity as a Service model, enhancing value creation for private equity and venture capital firms in the region.
In his previous engagements, Mr. Chen was instrumental in advancing corporate strategy and business development. Notably, he played a key role in helping Foxconn build the largest single smart factory FMCS in Southern China and in developing Quanta’s inaugural software-defined storage solution.
