Team reinforcement in May

We are delighted to announce the addition of Mr Filip Soldo to our Corporate Finance team, who joined our company in May 2024.

Mr Soldo brings an impressive range of experience in the financial sector and international business, bringing valuable knowledge and expertise to starkpartners. His creativity and open-mindedness, proven in the customer acquisition of a start-up and as a data analyst in South Africa, make him a reliable advisor for M&A transactions.

His academic background is equally remarkable. Mr Soldo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and International Management and is actively involved in his university’s Finance and Business Club initiative. This combination has given him a deep understanding of the financial industry. In addition, international experience, such as a semester abroad at UCLA and professional activities in South Africa and the USA, have given him a comprehensive understanding of global contexts.

In his role as a consultant at starkpartners, Mr Soldo specialises in advising companies on M&A transactions. His strong skills in financial analysis and customer acquisition make him a competent contact person for our clients, who reliably supports them in achieving their business goals.
